Do my customers need an app or account?
No. They book, pay, and manage everything from the link — no app, no account, no password.
When do I actually pay?
Free until your first booking. Your first month is on us, then $19/mo. No card to start.
How fast do I get my money?
Stripe pays your bank directly — usually within a couple of business days once your account is set up. Your first payout can take a little longer while Stripe verifies you. You’re the merchant of record.
What if a customer no-shows?
You keep the deposit — it’s in your account before they ever miss the appointment.
What does a customer pay to book?
A small deposit you set per service locks the slot; you collect the rest after the job. Or take full payment, or no card — your call.
Can I change my booking link later?
Yes. Rename it anytime — your old link keeps working.
